Liao Ning Kanon and TÜV SUD Group formally signing a contract.Hu Dongmei, CEO of Dayang Group and Liao Ning Kanon, and Zhu Wencai, Senior Vice President of TÜV SUD Group and Managing Director of North District signed a cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. Ma Junguo, assistant director of Dalian Clothing Fair, Qin Baoqing, deputy director of The Quality & Technology Supervision Bureau of Dalian, Wang Jianwei, vice-governor of Da Lian Zhong Shan District, and leaders of Liaoning Garment Association and Dalian Garment Association were invited to attend the ceremony.

Hu Dongmei, General Manager of Dayang Group and Liao Ning Kanonsaid: Liao Ning Kanon has successfully signed a strategic cooperation renewal contract with TÜV SUD, which means a new start from 2018. We hope the two sides will work closely to make progress together, and continue to make efforts to build an international standard laboratory in northeast China. The cooperation will provide authoritative and professional testing and consulting services for garment enterprises and make significant contributions to the development of the garment industry in Da Lian and Northeast China.

Zhu Wencai, Senior Vice President of TÜV SUD Group and managing director of North district said: SUD Group has more than 150 years of history and it is the largest TÜV in Germany. It is an international, impartial and authoritative third-party testing company.TUV hopes to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with Liao Ning Kanon and promote the construction of a public laboratory to support garment enterprises in Dalian and Northeast China.

According to the new agreement, the two sides will continue to provide professional competence in the garment testing field. With the help of TÜV SUD’s advanced international testing technology, management concepts and market operation advantages, the two sides will build an international third-party public laboratory standard to provide professional one-stop testing services for the growing demand of garment enterprises in Dalian and Northeast China.
