President Li Guilian, CEO Hu Dongmei and factory manager Wang Lin met with the President of AOYAMA, Qing Shanli. The two sides reached a new consensus on further consolidating and expanding cooperation. Over 40 people from CHORI, Sumitomo, Teijin, TCB accompanied Qing Shanli. In the afternoon Qing Shanli was accompanied by President Li Guilian and general manager Hu Dongmei to visit Yangerte, Naierte and the new Moda factory.



President Qing Shanli watched and listened very carefully during the factory visit. Dayang now has intelligent cutting machines that could match fabric checks and stripes automatically and AGV material feeding robots. There is also an intelligent hanging system and intelligent warehouse. He was surprised that Dayang has so many new changes implemented. During the factory visit, President Qing Shanli randomly picked up some jackets to try them on and he was very satisfied with the excellent sewing workmanship and fit.

Under the guidance of the Italian handmade master, the workers in the handmade production area were busy. President Qing Shanli was surprised by the exquisitely crafted full-handmade suit.



President Qing Shanli stopped to watch the fabric management system at Naierte. Ms Hu Dongmei said that the system uses modern electronic data management and you are able to search the fabric and get it out bound via bar code scanning. There are over 5000 fabrics and 3000 trimmings stored in the factory, making it one of the most abundant and customized fabric and trimming storage areas in China, and most likely the world.

In the sewing workshop of Moda, our technician measures the garment by using an electronic measuring tape, and the measurement values are displayed on the computer screen. In this way, it is not only very quick and efficient but also very accurate. President Qing Shanli enjoyed the experience and when the data on the computer was accurate, he also gave his ‘thumbs-up’ to President Li Gulian and General Manager Hu Dongmei with admiration.

President Li Gulian said: “30 years ago, Dayang studied from Japanese companies and received support and help from AOYAMA. Now Dayang has upgraded successfully and we are doing MTM businesses. But no matter how Dayang change, AOYAMA is still an important strategic partner of Dayang, which will never change. We hope that both sides will move forward together for the future.

Ms Hu Dongmei introduced the Moda Factory development plan and the order status of our main markets such as Europe, USA, Canada and Australia. She also provided a detailed explanation about the intelligent factory that President Qing Shanli cared about very much.



President Qingshan Li said that every time he visits Dayang, he has a new feeling. This year's change was quite amazing. Under the very severe global garment market competition it is admirable that Dayang can still build an intelligent factory. Dayang deserves to be number one in the world, no matter the production scale or the technology level.



In the evening, president Li and General Manager Hu Dongmei hosted a banquet with President Qingshan Li at the East Hotel. President Li said that it is not very easy for us to be together every year. She thanked Qingshan Li for the great efforts that we have made together and hope that we will create great achievements in the future. President Aoyama also said that Dayang is their best partner, and we will continue to work together. He wants to be the number one in the Japanese garment industry through close cooperation with Dayang. In this way the two sides can continue to have a long-term cooperation
